Benefits to using a water pillow are that it responds to change in your head position while you sleep (thru the displacement of water) which allows you to maintain sleep comfort.

You also have total control over the firmness of the pillow based on the amount of water you fill it with. It's like having your own customized pillow (that can be changed any time).
