reading pillow ideas

For years i've been using a bunch of standard pillows behind my back in horizontal position to read in bed. I'm constantly shifting to get comfortable. I need something so I can read comfortably without all this moving around. Hope for some ideas here.

I use the Book Buddy from ReadingComfort.com and I absolutely love it. Not only does it hold any size book so I can read comfortably in any position, it also has a removable mini desk that I use as a platform for my laptop. No more overheating due to my computer burning my legs!

I literally use it about 10 hours per day. The best thirty bucks I ever spent.
